Correct oral hygiene
A correct brushing of your teeth is essential for in order to efficiently clean the teeth and gum. The same thing is available in the case of the type of toothbrush as well. Use a toothbrush with soft nylon bristles having rounded ends, thus avoiding hurting the teeth or the gum. We recommend a daily use of dental floss.
Alternatively, use electric toothbrushes, which are more efficient and together with a mouth irrigator, you can obtain a correct and complete hygiene.
